Mi Luna's New Summer Cocktail Menu Has Arrived
Summer at Mi Luna has always been something to taste rather than simply experience — the warmth of the evening air, the low hum of conversation, the unhurried pleasure of small plates shared among friends. This season, our bar team has been working quietly and deliberately on something new: four original cocktails built for long summer nights. Every drink that earns a place on the Mi Luna menu begins with a conversation about flavors in tension, texture and temperature, and the kind of mood a single glass can create. This summer's arrivals represent months of testing, tasting, and rethinking — and we're excited to finally introduce them.

Pasión de Fresca — Vodka, Passion Fruit, Strawberry, Lime
The Pasión de Fresca is summer in a glass — unabashedly tropical and unapologetically vibrant. Ripe passion fruit brings its signature tang and floral perfume, while fresh strawberry adds a layer of sweetness that feels genuinely seasonal. A generous press of lime keeps everything in check, sharp and lively against the clean backbone of vodka. This is the cocktail for warm evenings on the patio, for first-round arrivals, for the beginning of something good.

El Galeón — Lagavulin, Crème de Cacao, Aztec Chocolate Bitters
Named for the great galleons that once crossed open oceans with cargo of spice and cacao, El Galeón is a cocktail of considerable depth. Lagavulin's legendary peat smoke — coastal, almost medicinal in its intensity — is met by the silken sweetness of crème de cacao, a pairing that shouldn't work as beautifully as it does. The finish belongs to Aztec chocolate bitters: warm, faintly spiced, with a persistent heat that lingers long after the last sip. This is a drink for the contemplative drinker, for lingering, for the second round.

Alchemist's Water — Empress Cucumber Lemon Gin, Dry Vermouth, Orange Bitters
There are cocktails that announce themselves loudly, and there are cocktails that reward attention. The Alchemist's Water is the latter. Built on Empress Gin's distinctive cucumber-lemon expression — impossibly clean and botanical — this is a martini-style cocktail of real elegance. Dry vermouth adds structure and a whisper of herbal complexity, while orange bitters arrive as a single breath of citrus warmth that ties the whole composition together. Deceptively simple. Surprisingly unforgettable.

Carmín y Limón — Don Julio Blanco, Lemonade, Raspberry Compote, Mixed Berries
Bold, festive, and visually stunning, Carmín y Limón is a cocktail made for celebrating. Don Julio Blanco — pure, unaged tequila at its most expressive — serves as the backbone for a drink that is at once celebratory and precise. House-made raspberry compote is swirled through fresh lemonade, with mixed berries adding a final note of color and sweetness. The tequila's natural agave earthiness grounds the whole thing, keeping it from tipping too sweet. This is the cocktail for toasting, for the nights that turn into mornings.
